Driver files, tracked for you.

DriverFiles tracks the expiration dates in your driver qualification files and collects medical cards and licenses from your drivers by text message. It's built for interstate carriers running 5 to 50 trucks.

How it works

1. You send us your driver list: names, phone numbers, hire dates.
2. Each driver gets a text with a private link. They tap it and send a photo of their medical card and license. No app, no account.
3. We check each photo, record its dates, and keep a running list of what's expiring and what's missing.
4. Whenever you need it, you get one audit file: a PDF report with every driver's documents and dates, plus the original files.

What we track

• Medical examiner's certificates, and the medical certification on the state driving record for CDL drivers
• Driver's licenses and CDLs
• Annual MVRs, annual reviews, and Clearinghouse queries
• Employment applications, road tests, and previous employer inquiries

What we don't do

• We don't decide whether your files meet FMCSA requirements. We tell you what's on file, what's expiring, and what's missing. You stay responsible for your files.
• We don't file anything with FMCSA or act as your representative. You submit your own records.
• We don't pull MVRs or background checks. You pull them; we track the dates.
