The program

DriverFiles document requests is run by DRIVER FILES CO LLC for motor carriers that use DriverFiles. We text a carrier's drivers a private link to send a photo of their medical card and driver's license, and reminders when one of those documents is about to expire. Every message names the carrier the driver works for. We don't send marketing messages.

How drivers opt in

Drivers don't sign up with us directly. Their carrier collects each driver's written consent to receive these text messages as part of its hiring or lease paperwork, and confirms in its service agreement with us that it has that consent before giving us the driver's mobile number.

How often

Message frequency varies with each driver's document dates: up to 6 messages per document renewal, and usually only a few messages a year.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no more after that. To start again, reply START or ask your carrier.

• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We handle mobile numbers as described in our privacy policy. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
